Our Story
Paran Jesse Dugas, a generous sugarcane farmer in Paincourtville, Louisiana, led "The Cajun Chefs" in cooking up Cajun delicacies for charity. I, Harold Harris, joined the team as a child, learning to stir a pot alongside him. When he passed the torch to me, I founded "The Cajun Chefs Too" to honor our roots. Now, we carry on his vision, spreading Cajun warmth and hospitality through fundraising efforts across the nation, bringing people together with every dish. It's a tribute to the spirit of community and the rich Cajun heritage that Paran Jesse cherished.
